Super Stone Clean 530 processes up to 3 tons per day (125kg/hr) of almost any type of biomass feedstock in an oxygen starved environment producing high quality biochar. Critical process parameters such as residence time and temperature can be controlled in order to influence biochar yields and properties and a cutting edge, patented emissions reduction system ensures clean processing, non toxic emissions and compliance with worldwide environmental regulations.
Heat energy generated by the system can be used for various applications such as water heating, electricity generation, food drying and more.
